The "Wild Duck Productions" name is not only a trademark used to identify our products and services; it also serves as our company name. When using the "Wild Duck Productions" name as a reference to the company, "Wild Duck Productions" may be used as a noun and no TM symbol is needed. For example, the sentence "Wild Duck Productions announced the start of pre-production for a new series this morning" would be an appropriate use.

Wild Duck Productions' logos, logotypes, names and associated/represented logos, logotypes and names are valuable assets that Wild Duck Productions needs to protect. Accordingly, we ask that you follow these guidelines with respect to our logos. Use of Wild Duck Productions' logos, logotypes, names and associated/represented trademark, logos logotypes and names in any defamatory way is absolutely prohibited.

Wild Duck Productions' logos, including associated/represented logos, must not be altered or modified in any way. If reduced or enlarged in size always never change the relative dimensions and ensure the logo never appears smaller than 20mm wide. Smaller than this and the logo is in danger of filling in and losing clarity. Make sure to use Wild Duck Productions' approved artwork (see above) and refer to the appropriate identity guidelines provided by us.

The correct spelling punctuation, capitalisation and spacing must always be used eg

Footprints in Somerset WRONG
Footprints In: Somerset WRONG
Footprints: In Somerset CORRECT
WDP events WRONG
WDP:EVENTS WRONG
WDP:Events CORRECT

With the Footprints: In... brand take special care over the position of the colon and when describing the series as a whole always add the three full stops after the word "In". NEVER refer to the series as simply Footprints, eg:

The next Footprints programme WRONG
The Footprints series WRONG
The Footprints In series WRONG
The Footprints: In... series CORRECT

The use of the company initials, WDP, should be avoided but can be used if the full company name has already been used more than once on a page in a particular written piece.

A Wild Duck Productions or associated/represented logo should never be used mid-sentence

If printing in black and white use only monochrome logos.

The Wild Duck Productions website address may be represented in the following ways:

www.wildduckproductions.com

A descriptive phrase using a Wild Duck Productions trademark, logo, logotype, name or associated/represented trademark, logo, logotype or name must meet the following additional requirements:

1: Accuracy. The descriptive phrase must be accurate and not misleading.
2: Relationship to Wild Duck Productions. Wild Duck Productions' trademarks, logos, logotypes, names and associated/represented trademarks, logos, logotypes, and names may not be used in a manner that will cause potential confusion about the relationship between Wild Duck Productions/associated/represented body and the third party product or service, for example, implying sponsorship or endorsement by Wild Duck Productions that does not in fact exist.
3: Rights. Do Not Attempt to Claim Rights in Wild Duck Productions' trademarks, logos, logotypes, names or associated/represented trademarks, logos, logotypes or names. Third parties may not state or suggest that they have, or are claiming rights, in any Wild Duck Productions trademark, logo, logotype, name or associated/represented trademark, logo, logotype or name.
