We can liaise with you and your team members, with production heads, with equipment and crew suppliers, with bands, with artists, with performers and with technical teams to ensure that everyone gets what they need leading up to and on the day(s) of your event. We ensure that we speak to each individual in a style suitable to their level of technical knowledge. We can then collate all of the event’s technical requirements and provide you with quotes from our trusted suppliers for the equipment and crew. In the planning stages we can attend event committee meetings, PCC meetings, MLT meetings, site meetings and rehearsals; in fact, wherever we’re needed to offer advice and ideas.
