Footprints: In… is Wild Duck Productions' flagship television series - Our three teenage presenters are propelled into unique situations as they present these fascinating and hilarious travel docu-soaps! Perhaps the most surprising and charming aspect of Footprints: In… is that a team with a then average age of 18 has created something of such quality and individuality and is continuing to take it to new levels and developing a unique concept within the industry. The camera work and visual aspect to Footprints: In Somerset has already received critical acclaim from within the industry, as has the sensational soundtrack. The series director Tom Pearson says, “The Footprints series was always designed to change the way people think about television. By combining a number of techniques usually found in reality, travel and documentary shows we have created something that captures the imagination of all ages, thus creating the perfect family show.” Footprints: In Somerset (plus extras including Footprints: In Leek Wootton) is available now on DVD from our online store. For further information regarding the Footprints: In… series please visit the Footprints: In… minisite which contains photos, behind the scenes information, a trailer and more.
Wild Duck Productions recently filmed a collection of sketches/monologues of famous and less well known stories from the Bible, each performed in a unique and refreshing way by the Rev Canon Brian Pearson, to be released under the title of Belief Encounters. You can order the programme on DVD now from our online store.
leere (meaning 'emptiness' or 'space' - in a positive sense, like a cleared and calm mind), started as an evolving collective of Warwickshire musicians, fronted by Liverpool born singer/songwriter Simon Monaghan, who released their first album Compassionate Ride in 2004. In the summer of 2005 leere gained a more distinct shape and feel; with Jon Priestley on guitar, Jack Gammon on drums and percussion, Wayne Matthews on bass, Simon Monaghan on vocals and Tom Pearson engineering the sound. The band have been writing fresh, laid back, acoustic melodies, that draw on rock/folk/bluegrass influences. Their first single Hazel was released on the 15th September 2006, along with the soundtrack to the FoGFC Vs the Legends DVD, which features the specially commissioned song Priestfield, also available as a single. More recently, the band released the single It's My Morning, with the B-side song Animus Again, in memory of Paul Brook. All of their work is available from our online store.
'An Introduction To Shakespeare' (working title) is a show designed to make William a real and interesting person in the minds of Key Stage Two and Three school children. So much of the National Curriculum is taken up with lessons about his work or impact but so little is said of the man himself. Our programme will attempt to break down the intellectual barriers built up by so many and blow away the smokescreen that kids automatically put up when they hear they're about to study Shakespeare. The programme does not yet have a release date, but will be available from our online store.
On the 1st May 2006 a match took place between fans of Gillingham Football Club and past players, and Wild Duck Productions were privileged enough not only to film this but also to gain access to the less public parts of the Priestfield complex. The resulting 2-disc DVD includes the full 90 minutes as well as the exclusive tour, an interview with Head of Security Malcolm Rous, and a behind-the scenes look at the making of the DVD. There are also interviews with players from both sides and a very special edit known as The Fools and Their Falls. The DVD is now available from our online store for only £9.99, and you can view the trailer here. You can also purchase the soundtrack to the DVD, which is available from our online store for just £5.99. Ten fantastic tracks from leere and leere featuring REV'LATOR were used on the FoGFC Vs The Legends DVD, and the soundtrack CD includes all of these with the first track being the specially commissioned 'Priestfield', written specifically for our exclusive tour of the Priestfield complex. |
