We can advise you on PC (or laptop) specification in a field which is constantly extending your choice. We can order PCs and software at great prices and can install both the hardware and software for you! We are able to diagnose, offer advice on and resolve a range of computer and network problems as well as related technical issues.

If you are running Windows XP you really should be running the processes described in our PC Guide section once a week to help keep your computer happy and healthy! If you haven't the time, or the wish, to follow these guides each week then for £10 per week we will follow them for you, on your computer, via our remote support system (as described below), at a time that suits you... midnight on a Tuesday if that's best!

The 24 hour remote support service we offer is available to both private and business customers and means that you can contact us 24 hours a day to help solve any PC problems you may be experiencing. With your permission we log in to your computer from our own PCs, we can then see your screen and share control of the mouse and keyboard.

In order to offer remote support on private or business computers (Windows 98 se to XP currently supported) you'll need an internet connection (broadband preferred) then we have to install a small programme onto your PC or laptop. We can talk you through the installation process over the phone. Once it's installed you're ready to go, you can then call us for remote support when ever you need it. You are only charged if you ever require remote support, just having the programme sat on the computer is, of course, free, there is no subscription or contract.

We also offer pre-arranged remote support, meaning that you can organise remote support sessions with us in advance, for instance for tuition or maintenance work. These sessions can then be quoted for ahead of time, or charged on a per hour basis (usually £20ph) instead of being billed per minute. A connection fee is not payable if booking pre-arranged support; however there is a minimum charge of £10.

If you're looking to put on an event, maybe we can help. We can provide sound systems, lighting, staging and special effects, we offer some of the best quotes around and will do our best to help with whatever service you need at whatever scale you require. In the past we've worked with numerous churches, including Coventry and Derby Cathedrals, and other organisations as well as a large number of bands, including the chart-topping Nizlopi. Unlike many companies we take great care with our audio output; we don't 'blast noise out' to the front row and leave the back row straining to hear, but instead adjust the output of each speaker individually and engineer each input throughout an event to ensure the highest quality sound is provided. Many individuals and organisations wish to establish an 'online presence'; others may have a website which might benefit from being updated with the latest presentation techniques and formats. We can work with you to design a website from scratch, update an existing one or design a mini site to highlight a specific event or group. However big or small the job is, we'll do our best to ensure the best possible service and results. Our comprehensive package could even include advising on hosting, domain names (the www.NAME) and email.

The market place offers a confusing array of products but our independent advice will follow a careful assessment of your needs. Whether it is a telephone service or broadband provider, we will review not only the equipment that will meet your needs but also the service and support you can expect. We also offer a wide range of business and personal fax and telephone numbers.

We have experience in filming dramas, education/training material, meetings, services and special events - both indoor and outdoor. We use state-of-the-art technology and will shoot on anything from domestic to broadcast quality formats, from MiniDV to DigiBeta - you choose! We can also provide live video coverage, so if you are planning a big event in a restricted space and want to ensure everyone gets a good view, or want to relay an activity from one room/location to another, we can set up and run the perfect system for you. We can create educational programmes with interactive menus (DVD format only), edit footage from past events and create on screen graphics. We can edit promos, author and reproduce DVDs or record to VHS, MiniDV, DVCam, DVC, Beta, DigiBeta!
